01
CMT vs Full-Package Production
Cut, Make & Trim (CMT) production means the client supplies all fabrics and trims, and the factory provides labour only. Full-package production means the manufacturer sources materials, cuts, sews, trims, and delivers finished goods. CMT is preferred by brands with strong fabric sourcing relationships who want direct cost control; full-package suits brands who want a simpler supply chain with a single point of accountability. BECCE advises on which model suits your volume, timeline, and margin requirements — and manages both.
02
Quality Control & Production Oversight
In garment manufacturing, the gap between approved sample and bulk production is where quality problems emerge. BECCE places production coordinators in factory during critical stages — fabric receiving inspection, cutting room audit, inline sewing checks, and final AQL inspection before shipment. We use a standardised defect classification system (critical, major, minor) and require corrective action plans for any deviation from approved spec. Our clients receive detailed inspection reports and photographic documentation with every shipment.
03
Sustainable & Ethical Manufacturing
European buyers increasingly require evidence of ethical manufacturing and environmental compliance. Turkish factories certified under OEKO-TEX, GOTS, or SA8000 are available through BECCE's network — providing the audit documentation, certification copies, and social compliance reports that global brands and retailers require. We also advise on transition to sustainable materials — organic cotton, recycled polyester, LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose — as consumer and regulatory pressure on fashion sustainability continues to increase.
